This Cookie Policy explains how Chatzsolutions, LLC ("Chatz") uses cookies and similar technologies on chatzsolutions.com and in the Chatz web app. Please read it together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, keep information on your device in the same way. Some are needed for the site to work; others help us understand how it is used.
2. Strictly necessary
These keep you signed in and remember your choices. The site cannot work properly without them, so they don't require consent.

3. Analytics
These help us understand how visitors use the site, which pages work and where people get stuck, so we can improve it. They are set by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Clarity records how pages are used, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement.

4. Other websites
When you choose to book a call, you go to Calendly, which uses its own cookies under its own policy. We don't control cookies set by other websites.
5. Mobile apps
The Chatz apps for iOS and Android don't use cookies. They keep your sign-in session in the phone's secure storage and your preferences on the device, and they contain no advertising or tracking technologies.
6. Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you won't be able to sign in.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- You can learn how Microsoft uses data in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
7. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when the cookies we use change, and update the date at the top.
